A graduate from Denver University with one of the highest BAR exam scores in the history of Colorado. Mr. Biondino has completed over 300+ jury trials. He has had over 7,400+ clients with impeccable results. Mr. Biondino brings experience that other Lawyers wish to have (court, clients, and track record). He will not let any DA or opposing attorney shove him around with terrible negations or deals. With his background from Upstate New York, you could consider him a "savage" in the court room leading in arguments and fighting for your rights endlessly whether you have a criminal or family matter. He believes everyone has a right to the BEST representation Colorado has to offer.

Outside of the practice Mr. Biondino enjoys his time with his two sons. They all enjoy fishing, golfing, and hunting throughout many parts of the country.

Linda Sanders, Paralegal & Office Management

Linda has been in the law field for over 35 years as a paralegal. She has practiced many areas: criminal law, family law, and civil matters. Linda currently operates divorce cases alongside Mr. Biondino and Shannon Butler. Linda also manages the firm diligently to ease operation and provide utmost service.

Linda on her free time loves to spend time with her family and of course enjoy her British ways of life (May or may not include fine wine)!

Shannon Butler, Paralegal

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with concentration in Human Services and Behavioral Health. While she has knowledge and experience in several focus areas, she is our senior paralegal and works extensively on our Domestic Relations and Family Law cases. Shannon also has a vast knowledge in Criminal Law and often assist criminal cases when needed. Shannon is a powerhouse paralegal who excels in organization, communication, document analysis and preparation. Her extensive knowledge of the Colorado Statutes is outstanding and unmatched for the state.

Outside of the office, Shannon and her husband work a ranch in Eastern Colorado where they raise dairy goats, pigs, cows, and many more. They enjoy spending their spare time fishing, camping and traveling with their RV.
