The Law Offices of C. Robert Biondino Jr., P.C wants you to understand and acknowledge that by viewing this site you are NOT represented without a proper signed retainer from the Law office (In person signing or through a verified electronic signer). You acknowledge by viewing this site that you are not being told what to do in your case or how to go about it and once again there is zero representation without proper signed retainer. All site viewers may call the firm and or fill a form for a FREE case evaluation. We ask that you do not miss a free case evaluation without a minimum 4-hour notice. If you do, you may not be able to obtain another (respect our time and we will respect yours). 

 The Law Office of C. Robert Biondino, Jr. typically requires at least a $5,000 retainer prior to proceeding with most forms of representation. Depending on the complexity of the case, and the severity of your charges (If there are any), this retainer may vary. Additionally, this retainer may be further depleted and require replenishment. In the event you wish to retain C. Robert Biondino, Jr., and based upon our thorough approach to our clients' legal representation, it is important that you understand the necessary financial costs associated with our legal representation. Such costs and fees vary based upon the complexities of each case but may include additional costs and fees for expert reports, investigators, and/or testimony. Attorneys and team members' hourly rate sheets are available upon request. 

NOTICE FORM FILLER: This office does not [currently] represent you with regard to the matters set forth by you herein in this INITIAL CASE EVALUATION until both you and the Firm enter into a Legal Representation Agreement and the Initial Retainer has been paid. Your electronic submission acknowledges only that you received a copy of this completed information sheet and does not reflect an agreement by either yourself or the Firm to enter into any formal Attorney-Client Agreement.
